the stars depend on the number of posts you have, the more the merrier. the administrator is the highest you can get. when you get there, you can control the stuff that goes in and out of ai.

Only us admins can do that.

With regards to being moderator, we choose them. We just evaluate users which we think would be fit to moderate a specific board. Some moderators are also part of out editorial team.
