same for me... maybe hindi pa siya cured enough or soft talaga ang paint...

weird nga eh hirap alagain, what i do is i just put glaze to give ti some protection.. now mga 1 moth past na ako.. nagpasealant ako and wax para maavoid ang water marks :)

kung gusto mo pag mo iwanan sa ulan yun auto mo. pag umulan punasin mo kagad ng chamois (tama ba spelling?)

hindi pa siguro masyadong cured yang paint....

and mejo matindi narin ang ulas satin eh...masama na talaga..

banlawan mo agad ng water then patuyin ng chamois like what andrew said.....

same goes for old painted na cars...wag pababayaan sa ulan...

yep.. wag talaga pabayaan sa ulan cuz acid rain ang ulan natin... magkakawater mark yan tapos newly painted pa ang car mo... kaya better opt for protection like glaze and kung cured na wax or sealant ka :)

as for chamois, mas better raw na terry cotton towel ka na lang... yun pangligo or pangface cuz mas hindi ito raw nakakaswirl... mas pumasok ang dirt in between kasi flat ang chamois.. ok ang chomois kung walang dirt talaga as in malinis ang car mo...
or better yet buy microfiber na towels.. its the best drying towel you can get cuz ito ang pinakaswirl free na towel... :)

The probnlem is with the water.  The water in manila has too much lead.  Also try to dry your car in the shade.  I wouldnt put some galze on the car if its still new and try to use some 100% pure cotton towels to dry your car.

A glaze is invented for the sake of newly painted surfaces since it's not a sealing product like a wax or a sealant. Sealants allow the solvents to evaporate away from the surface of the paint like as if nothing is on top of the curing paint. A glaze is totally safe to use on post-painted surfaces that are uncured. That's what it is for.

try mo sealer and glaze ng mothers.. yun ginamit ko sakin :)

ganun talaga pag bagong pintura... kahit minsan lang yan natuyuan ng ulan dami na agad watermarks. always have a protective cost on ur car, and try to dry is
off as quickly as possible.

ako nga pag umulan ang biglang umaraw, kahit saan pa i pull out a chamois and clean the hood before i start it up. hirap pag natuyo ang ulan sa init.

i would also recommend mothers.

I wouldnt wipe a car dry after the rain. Baka magasgas lang.  you never know if small things stuck to your paint if you wipe it off without washing you will end up with small scratches.
