need help on spark plugs for 4age

i'm about to replace my spark plugs.
i forgot the OE for the hi horse.  
the ones i have now are ngk bkr5e, and i know its the wrong one.
i lost the original sparks, so i do not know what to get.
the only thing i remember is that its a denso.
please help.

there are several part numbers for that.  according to my catalogue there are platinums and ordinary.  iridium is applicable to that.

there are:

PQ16R
Q20R-U11
PK20R8
K20R-U
IK16/IK20
IQ16/IQ20
