ei, i just wanna ask, nasa step 2 na ako and i have a budget of around 25k para sa iba pang audio set up, yung shop nagrefer sakin ng 6 channel na jbl amps, and 12 inch na kicker sub, is it enuf na ba to power my seps plus the 12 inch sub? or should i go for the separate amps muna?  

hnd ku lam kung nung step na ku,,pro mrn na akung amp na infinity 800wats 6 chanels,tska dls t20 tweeter,,ok na b un? anung subs ang maganda?? gus2 ku kc ung mdyu malakas ung bayo,,pro ung malambut na bayo lng,,and low budget dn aku mga around 5k lng,, any suggestions?? and kailangan ku b magpalit ng headunit?? ok na b ung stock,para tipid na dn,,hehe,,naka crv 03 aku,,tnx

sir A+ nare-reset po ba ang pagkakatono kapag nagpalit ng battery? yun po kasi honda ng bro ko na pinatono dyan eh nagpalit na ng battery and its with me coz he is out of town. para po kasi pumangit ang tunog.

the amp settings wion't be affected if you change your battery but the adjustments done  on your headunit will go back to the default factory settings though.

so i only have to tinker the HU. pag-experimentuhan ko nga. tnx.

Just got myself a pioneer 5550mp HU. Should i go with seps first( helix - nothing fancy) or should i save up for a mono amp + sub?

I have Pioneer 4750 HU, Separates(lightning audio) and 4 ch V12(fake, of course). Yun pong stock front speaker (2-way coax 150watts) ay tinanggal at pinalitan nga po nung Separates. Right now po, yung rear na stock (50watts) ay disabled.

Ang inquiry ko po:
1. can i put the removed 150 watts sa rear? ok po ba resulta non?
2. yun po bang front and rear ay sa HU konektado dapat and sub lang ang sa amp? any recommendation for the sub?

Ok lang na HU ang nag power ng rear at front driver mo.pero mas ok kng amplified ung front separates mo.yung rear fill usually is powered by the HU.About sub recomendation it all depends on how much you are willing to spend.By the way OT tayo dito gawa ka nalang ng new topic

First, please check if the wattage pf your stock speakers  that you stated above is RMS. Most likely that will be maximum power.

Anyway, whats important is making decisions about front and rear speakers is whether you want to have a good front sound staging. Since you have an aftermarket Seps (which in all likelihood will outperform your stocks), i suggest that you power that with an amplifier that matches its RMS requirements.  Hooking your seps to an amp will most like produce clearer, more detailed and fuller sound. Assuming you do this, then it would be ok to just hook up your stock rear (the 50W or the 150W) speakers to the headunit. These will be for purposes of filling the sound in the rear to complement your front drivers.


Since your are working on a budget, i suggest that you power your fronts and your sub with am amp. Hopefully your amp has enough juice for this task.

is it ok to use rca cables for home theater sa car audio? what about the speaker wires? what gauge is recommended?
