What wine was that? :o the Screaming Eagle?!?!?! :o I would surely want to get to that point in time when I deserve a 65k dinner ;)

Just tried out this old chinese resto in Shoppesville. It's Le Ching. Their spareribs rice toppings rule!!! As well as their big bottle soy milk. I think it's a 1 liter bottle, and it's only 45 bucks for freshly delivered ones. Not bad at all ;) (I think I'll get a regullar weekly stack from them next time ;D )The place is really not the one where you expect it to be fine dining, but believe me, these kinds of things don't matter at all when food is good. :D

Am not sure of the name but each bottle costs 20k. The most expensive bottle of wine that they have is priced at 1.5 Million  :o  At first our clients wanted to have a Don Perignon but it was not available.

RAY, am sure that you deserve more than a 65k dinner  ;)

foh

i ate kanina sa world topps sa katipunan, ok naman yung food, daming choices of rice toppings, mura pa... 75-100 lang price range nung food nila! okpa yung servings! :)

Nope. Oyster Boy is in Meralco Ave. eh. What El is referring to is in Julia Vargas Ave. Actually the place is really a driving range and that there are just some commendable food establishments fronting it ;)

Power golf? the one in the cor of libis?

Buti nalang i never like wine hahaha. ipang s-sounds ko nalang...  ;)

le ching is a good place to fill your stomach without really digging to your pockets. The best chilli sauce i ever tasted.  ;)

cafe maestro at makati is a good choice of good food.

Nope that's not the one either :) That one is already closed. This place we are talking about is actually nearer the Meralco Ave and Julia Vargas intersection ;)

Anyway, just tried Cafe Meditteranean last night. Food is pretty good although I have not tried their beef kebab or their pizzas which a lot of people have told me are their best sellers. Think fo it as a Mr Kebab or Behrouz but with the ambience. I would still rather go for Mr. Kebab though ;D

Bump!

Fat Michael's. It's a small restaurant somewhere along South Superhighway that serves very good home cooked meals. Atmosphere is quite relaxing, although the furniture tends to be a little too homey. Their apple iced tea is worth trying, as is most of the things in their menu.

About Meditteranean. Its the only place that I have found authentic tasting shwarma... Honestly speaking the shwarma at Mr. Kebabs is way off the real thing. As well as most their menu. Very authentic tasting. :)

I actually have no clue hehe I just followed some friends' cars when we went there. It's in the corner of Makati View Apartelle, in the Magallanes area I believe...

Ah :D That will be good engouh info. Thanks Benj ;D

I just remembered that I went to Di Marks in Wack-Wack road last weekend. I've been to Di Marks in Greenbelt so many times but I like the one in Wack-Wack road because it is small, secluded, and the al fresco area is really al fresco, where you don't feel like a smoked salmon for staying outside. This is basically due to the fact that a few cars pass by that area. Good for those barkada tambays ;) As usual, Di Marks has good food, although for me their pizza is one of the not-so-great. I like their cheesy onion soup and carbonara :)

I think you can even bring your own wine and they won't charge you for corkage ;)

last night i've tried CHINESE MONK at rockwell powerplant and the food is good enough. :) same concept with super bowl with a different twist of flavor.
