My Angel's Kitchen:

Look for it along Connecticut St., Beside the Kamameshi House. Real cozy place with a country looking set of pastel colors and comfortable wooden chairs with soft cushions. Food is a wide variety of salads and some good grilled meat and fish. The way it is served is really more for the healthy eater, but it is so good!!! Their desserts are not bad at all as well. Try their Choco Lava. Good for 2 and my personal favorite. Friendly staff and for me, it really feels like an extension of home :)

Disccounts for people who pay in cash :) Also, they can customize the servings upon request :)

Good date places and if you would want to treat your family to a good night out :) Love the jazz music too :)

My Angel's Kitchen:

Is this the place where they sell different kinds of pasta sauces in bottles?
In a world of compromise, some don't.

Bump!

Fat Michael's. It's a small restaurant somewhere along South Superhighway that serves very good home cooked meals. Atmosphere is quite relaxing, although the furniture tends to be a little too homey. Their apple iced tea is worth trying, as is most of the things in their menu.

sarap nga dito. food is really delicious. you'd just have to wait a while to have your food served pero sulit naman. prices are not that expensive at all. it's a house converted to a resto. it's near evagelista street in makati. sure the people there would know how to get to the place.

Just tried out this old chinese resto in Shoppesville. It's Le Ching. Their spareribs rice toppings rule!!! As well as their big bottle soy milk. I think it's a 1 liter bottle, and it's only 45 bucks for freshly delivered ones. Not bad at all ;) (I think I'll get a regullar weekly stack from them next time ;D )The place is really not the one where you expect it to be fine dining, but believe me, these kinds of things don't matter at all when food is good. :D

Wow le ching!! my favorite resaurant! ok tlga yung spareribs rice nila w chili...yum! u should also try their hakaw masarap din sbra! ;)

The Oak Room:

it's in the 6th Floor of the Oakwood Premiere. Really sassy place with a nice view of the Glorietta 4 driveway. Food varies from different cuisines. I had a Tandoori chicken for appetizer and a Kung Pao Chicken (chicken nanaman?!?!?!) for my main course. They were pretty ok although it's not as superb as what should be in such an exquisite place. Very quiet place also. Of course, being a premiere resto the prices are quite on the steep side. If you are out for good food, maybe somewheree else, if you are out for treating your date to a nice quiet place, this would be nice. The tables by the windows would probably be the best place to have a dinenr for two expecially during the Christmas seasons where you can see the fireworks :)

Cafe A-Go-Go

It's located along Emerald Avenue, in the building across the Figaro coffee shop, along with other small cafes and restaurants along that area (There are so many of them already!!! I need to go to this area more often :o )

The place feels like some small secret club meeting ground, complete with different kinds of tables and different designs of couches and chairs, with the unpolished floor, unpainted walls, and soft mellow yellow lighting. It's like they just got whatever expendable furniture they had in each and every home and put it in there. This is where its appeal comes from. It's a very simple place where the price is good and the panini is even better. We tried the chicken basil sandwich and the Pinoy (pork barbecue with onions) sandwich, as well as their garlic mushroom appetizer. Served with a side of chips, it's a really satisfying meal especially when you just want something to fill your tummy to get through the night or any part of the day. They are served in a deep plastic tray wrapped almost waterproof tight for people on the go. Best paired with their fruit shakes or any beer, which costs an average of 35 bucks in this place.

Music is very 70's, with late 90's and 2000++ songs remixed for the disco era.

Since it's not Makati, expect the inside to smell a bit of cigarettes as this is also a hangout place for a lot of people. And I can't blame them for choosing the place. It's in the center of the commercial district with reasonable prices and good food!

For the Ai people, it's another place to have a small EB :) you can park the cars along Emerald Ave or in the pay parking lot nearby :)

Breakfast is served at any time and regularly check their blackboard for any specialty that comes up ass well as ffor their pasta of the day ;D

kyle

new bombay restaurant in wilson!!
