it depends on the brand. but it'll definitely cost a lot.  ;)

an example of a supercharger kit for a Ford truck/ SUV with the 4.6L Triton V8 is the one by Paxton Automotive. check out this link: http://www.paxtonauto.com/catalog/systems.asp?Action=GetPart&Part=1001915  :o ;D

but there are several other supercharger brands out there.  ::)

$3,500-5,000 for the kit alone-- depending on brand and option. Kits with intercoolers will be on the upper price range.

HP increase: 80-150hp depending on boost and kit options.  Torque: 100-200 ft-lbs.

These power increase estimates are with a 260hp 5.4-liter V8 and at the flywheel.

paxton, vortech and procharger. these so called centrifugal superchagers make boost in the upper rpm's, below 3500 rpm you dont see boost. if you want low rpm boost and loads of torque, youre gonna have to get a positive displacement setuo such as an eaton or a kenne bell.
www.superchargersonline.com will give you a good idea on what is available for the expy.
