Dear Guru's,

Just came across with this guy who owns a metal fabrication shop along Commonwealth and interestingly enough he does fabrications on all metal parts in a car. (tranny gears, suspensions...etc.)

To sum it short, I need your expert advice should i forego with having some parts of my Galant fabricated with a more stronger steel and slightly thicker than OEM.

These are what I have in mind:

Working budget - Php 30,000 (Estimate)

Engine: 4G63T VR4 front locked
Galant 1992 GTI Phdm body
Steel type 1045 & 4140

Velocity joints / Velocity Arms
Suspension arms
Tie rods
Control arms
Forged Pistons
Strut suspension bars rear, chassis and front

Any other things you can recommend? I'm working from ground up.

Hyundai Accent 1.4 2012
Hyundai Getz 1.1 2009
Suzuki Celerio 1.0 2010
Mitsubishi Galant VR6 1997
Mitsubishi Galant 2.0 1990
Toyota Corona 2.0 1991

you're gonna have a heavy car... bad for fuel economy, bad for performance, bad for braking.

What if it's made in Light Aluminum?

hi bro,

Do they fabricate intake manifold?
