From my knowledge (Correct me if I'm wrong), lalakas ang tunog nya at lalakas ang back pressure. Bababa ang low rpm torque at may possibility din na tumaas ang gas consumption.

Back pressure decreases...   Low-end torque can suffer but not always...  Won't decrease low-end torque if vehicle is turbocharged and performance gain is likely...    Little gain and just a lot of noise on slow or non-performance vehicle, i.e., Wigo, Swift, Mirage, stock Civic, Altis, etc.

Maiinis lang sa iyo ang mga dadaanan mo dahil sa ingay mo at baka yan pa ang pagmulan ng away nyo, worst is magsabog ng spikes pag parating ka na o hahagisan kang bato. Kung anuman ang mangyari e kasalanan mo yan, be sensitive to other people.

Hi bro. There's no reason for you to remove your muffler. You'll just increase your gas consumption and make a loud noise. Unless you want to increase your power output for some other reasons, sure go ahead remove it. But if not, all the people around your neighborhood will thank you for not having a noisy car.
