wer planning to buy a set for the troper kc eh

matagtag kc troper eh

pls enlighten me

Quite pricey but best shocks for the money.  No other shock brand has won more off-road races than Bilstein.

High-pressure monotube design should offer improved handling and resist fade.

ic sir ilng klase ba ang available ?
kc 1 lang yata d2 sa phil eh
yung gas shocks db ?

wats your pick? bilstein or rancho ?
thanks

Freeman

Bilstein would be your best bet PHP 19,000 + set of 4

Rancho RS9000 if you can find a set at PHP 22,000.00

TJM XGS Shocks PHP 17,000 set of 4

Need more info. Call Boy at 02 727-7201 to 03

Bilsteins monotubes are available in 3 models: 5100, 6100 & 7100.

6100s & 7100s are race series shocks that are expensive and of schrader valve and remote reservior design.  You don't need these on your Trooper.  However, the Trooper based Vehicross stock shocks are of similar design.

5100s are the ones that are commonly available are excellent OEM replacements.

ic thanks for your reps!

meron ako nakita rancho 21t kaso mahal na sobra malayo presyo hehe

thanks!

nikko_m

we have bilsteins in our LC80 with dobbinsons springs,no regret, ganda ng ride.kahit mga humps bali wala..hehe..

we also have rachos in our other rides,un kce uso before eh,but i really like the riding comfort if the bilsteins.the best talaga.ranchos kce medyo matagtag eh,but for off roading, medyo ok ang rachos with leafsprings.(lalo na kung puno yun car, hindi babagsak yun likod)plus adjustable pa.

WaZ

thanks
bli shocks lang balak namin sana

kc pag springs daw hindi pwede maretain yung stock na height eh
plus 2.5 inches daw eh

sobra taas na yata

malayo pa rin naman yung comfort db kht shocks lng ?

ted

if u use ur trooper more on the road and u need the shox  just to gain comfort....u may not need to buy a set of new springs

WaZ

ic thanks very much!  ;)

and i think the springs are not worth it anymore

7t somthing for the springs db?

arb

why dont you try OME we recently installed one set on the trooper of wiretap_md, he is from the other board and his dad is satisfied with it.

Meron bang fluid type shocks ang Bilstein? Gumamit kami before ng gas type shocks niyan, matigas and matalbog. How much? Thanks =)

I don't think Bilstein would put its name on a purely fluid type shock.  That would be detrimental to their image.

Bilstein's lowest grade shocks are its Econo or twin-tube series.  However, these are still gas charged.

Freeman

The bad reputation of gas shocks are a thing of the past. Nowadays we have low pressure or low charged nitrogen shocks that give superior performance and comfort.

WaZ

thanks for your reps
lam ko rin nitrogen gas na gamit now eh
thnks v much!
