why....

...do you think motorcycle riding people here dont thrive as compared to other country? (on 2 wheels that is, not the tricycles)

my guess: humid climate, and a really wet rainy season.

lets see....there are a lot of bikers here, with those 100cc to 125cc scooters roaming around.  probably sa Manila mas konti pero sa province, it is still a popular mode of transportation

thanks brent for the website,

maybe i am just expecting people from all walks of life to ride  like those office guys using bikes as their primary mode of transport.

when that happens, then traffic jams will be minimized

Hi Ted!

I think as a mode of transportation is has caught on quite a bit in the past couple of years, especially the scooters.

But you're right about the weather/climate not being very conducive especially if you ride one, say, to and from work everyday.

one thing is the stupid ban to use the expressways!  >:(

add to it the "pinoy-style" of driving m/c's. i.e. "no helmet- snake like- sidewalk using - disregarding traffic sign way of driving"

as for the weather,,,,, well sometimes its more fun to drive in the rains.  ;)
