.... after a few calls to some local tire shops (banaue, tondo area) i have come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as a cheap mud terrain tire!  :cwm14:
a 30x9.5x15 :
geolandar P4900
grandtrek MT1 P4200 (no MT2 for the 15inch
goodyear MTS P5000+
savero AT P3400 (cant find MTs)
maxxis MT P3400

can you guys recommend other shops?

Are we in the right hobby.... from the above my twenty thousand pesos is good only for 4 tires..... used ordinary rim will also cost a consirable amount..... with a spare tire..... it will be around P30,000!!!

Above stats may not passed the Budget dep't......

The Mud trail we encountered in Aurora  haunt me... whenever I looked my AT tires.

Saan gawa ung Maxxis ?  Meron ba 15X11.5X32 nito?

What other brands meron 32 for rim na 15 inches?

Simex and M. thompson out coz these are expensive.

Already bought rims for MT's.... now looking for MT.

I believe Maxxis is made by Cheng Shin Tire of Taiwan

Confirm that, Maxxis is definitely Taiwanese made.

Hey Doc, asked around and couldn't find a 30x15 Maxxis Tire in the 3,400 range. Got a quote 300 higher for the mudders.

Also found out that Freeman is right, it is Cooper behind the Mastercraft - Courser line of tires. Think it Nikko_M who asked.

It's an adventure by itself looking around for a cheap MT tire.

Doc, Rookie, sixpack, looking 4 MT's,

  I saw the Maxxis M8080 Mudzilla LT size R15 31 X 11.5
really agressive tread.... I don't know the realibility compared to Japan and US tires.... if they are ISO certified I may consider buying.

I love the Grandtrek MT2...problem is only available at size R16....if your rim is 15 then...MT1.

Would like to announce that Auto Options has SALE on selected Swamper Tires...up to Jan. 31, 2003... for those who have extra extra money.

Please post the number of the tire shops if you have....nasa probinsya kc ako....malayo.

Thanks to all of you guys.
