I will not crossed river because my pajero can't, its because all my doors has speakers on the lower side and has two ampli and a sub that may be wet and damage if water start coming inside. For me offroading is not wasting my investment, there should be a balance somehow.
According to Wolverine we will be crossing streams with water from 6 inch to 1 foot deep, even 1.5 ft. foot is fine with me. I have nothing to prove in crossing rivers which will ruin my daily driven vehicle. I'm coming because I enjoyed being with people who loves some adventure and see how good our country is.
Please confirm if the river crossings is really deep and how approximately deep .... so people coming will not be disapointed. I don't want to see first timers coming over and at the end of the day at the back of their mind...I should have not come here in the first place. The interest to the sport will slowly dwindle.
I myself did not crossed the river in tanay before, but it did not STOP ME IN GOING TO AURORA with A.I.ORG. And I enjoyed Aurora trip that is why I keep on passing the CD to all my friends for them to see the our adventures.
To Tsikot.com members... I went to Aurora with an All Terrain Tires... has crossed rivers...wide rivers...and has trailed unimaginable path with very SHARP ROCKS AND BOULDERS.... but not too successful in the mud... but had tried my best... nothing was lost or damaged.....I went there with a Jeep. It was one hell of an experience
with men who love the sport.
