on wide-angle lenses

anyone into wide-angle photography here?



I plan to get a wide-angle lens in the near future. any lens recommendations? I'm using a D40X body btw. :)

If your not going to go FX, better wait for Nikon's Nikkor AF-S DX 10-24mm to reach our shores. :)  I think it would be 40K+ when converted to PHP peso. :-\ Sigma's 10-20mm is a good buy too, 20K+ yata yun. both can AF with our entry-level DSLRs. :)

Yeah, Nikon 10-24. Some say the Tokina 11-16 is also very good. :)
...and we 'drive' our cars on the 'parkway' and 'park' our cars on the 'driveway'...

get a 11-16 tokina .. 900sgd lang sa Lord's .. dito sa Lucky Plaza .. samahan kita pag dinalaw mo kmi dito.. ay ako lang pala at F1..

pabili ko nun sigma 30mm 1.4 ...!!!!

900SGD is like 31k? The nice thing about the Tokina is its constant 2.8 aperture. :)
