Last Tuesday, November 8, Foton Philippines successfully turned over F-Jeepney F29 units to GNTSC at the Gumamela Hall Convention Center in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. GNTSC’s fleet is now twice as ready to cater to the public with these modern jeepneys after the momentous partnership, which Foton Marilao dealership successfully closed.

The F-Jeepney F29 modern jeepneys, with their robust build, are specially designed to meet the standards and demands of urban and provincial roads. Their high-powered engines assure an outstanding shelf life, a foremost requirement for public utility vehicles.

Gracing the turnover ceremony were City Mayor Arthuro B. Each F-29 Jeepney can seat 29 passengers and all are powered by a 3.8-liter Cummins ISF engine, capable of producing 154 PS and 500 Nm of torque at 1200-1900 rpm. These modern jeepney units ensure improved safety and comfort for passengers, with modern functionalities such as multi-camera security, an automatic fare collection system, and trackers.
