Toyota has released two images of the 2015 Avensis that is set to debut at the upcoming Geneva International Motor Show next month.

The said vehicle is Toyota's contender in the European mid-size (D-segment) market. However, the Japanese automaker remains secretive in handing out details regarding the 2015 Avensis. From what we know, the said vehicle has been styled at the company's ED2 design studio in the South of France and developed by Toyota's R&D center in Brussels.

Judging from the images, the 2015 Avensis appears to have a more aggressive front bumper as compared to its previous model. It also has a larger lower front grill, a slimmer radiator grill and a restyled headlights.

In addition, Toyota said that the 2015 Avensis will "deliver innovations in comfort and safety" as well as feature a new range of engines that "promise both performance and efficiency." Lastly, the company has confirmed that the said vehicle will continue to be produced at their Burnaston facility in the United Kingdom.

The 2015 Avensis will be fully detailed at the Geneva International Motor Show in March.
