PBBM moves Jay Art Tugade from MIAA GM to LTO head
Just four months after the appointment of Teofilo Guadiz III as the chief, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) announced that there is a new head honcho in town, and his name is Jose Art ‘Jay Art’ Tugade.

According to Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Jaime Bautista, Tugade will be able to help the agency solve “the many problems and controversies” it is facing.
