NAIA open parking slots can now be checked online
Parking availability now accessible at new NAIA website

Flying out of NAIA or picking someone up? Whether it’s Terminal 1, 2, or 3, parking can be a headache, especially during peak season. Many turn to services like Park ‘n Fly, park nearby, or simply book a TNVS ride to skip the hassle altogether.
But, did you know that you can now view and track parking slot availability in real time in NAIA?

Recently, New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC), the airport’s operator under San Miguel Corporation (SMC), rolled out a website feature that lets drivers check parking availability across all three terminals in real time. Well, almost.
If you’re heading to NAIA and need to park, it’s best to check newnaia.com.ph/transport/parking first to see available slots. Figures are updated almost in real time, with a short 2–3 minute delay, and can be refreshed anytime for the latest count.
In 2024, NNIC restructured parking at the country’s main gateway, significantly raising fees to discourage non-travelers from occupying spaces meant for passengers. This has resulted in parking spaces being freed up, and those who really need them no longer need to park elsewhere.
As part of these changes, verified flyers are entitled to a 50% discount on total parking fees upon presenting a valid ticket or boarding pass at the payment area.
