Suzuki PH plant expansion breaks ground in Laguna
Suzuki PH plant expansion includes new integrated parts warehouse, service training center, and office facility

Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) has officially broken ground on its Integrated Parts Warehouse, Service Training Center, and Office Facility located in Carmelray Industrial Park 1, marking a key milestone in the company’s continued expansion and long-term development in the Philippines.
The project represents a total investment of approximately PHP 900 million, reinforcing Suzuki’s commitment to strengthening its aftersales operations, enhancing dealer network support, and improving organizational efficiency across its automobile, motorcycle, and marine businesses.

The upcoming facility will serve as a centralized hub that integrates parts warehousing and distribution, technical training, and corporate office operations. It is designed to improve inventory management and parts availability, accelerate service support for dealers nationwide, and provide a more streamlined working environment for sales, logistics, and administrative functions.
Beyond operational enhancements, the project is also expected to contribute to economic activity and community development in the CALABARZON region, generating employment opportunities and supporting local industries and surrounding communities.
Despite ongoing industry challenges, Suzuki Philippines emphasized its continued commitment to investment and development as a driver of long-term growth. Construction is scheduled to begin in May 2026, with operations expected to commence by August 2027.

Once completed, the integrated facility is expected to further strengthen Suzuki Philippines’ aftersales ecosystem by improving parts availability, enhancing dealer training capability, and supporting more efficient corporate and operational coordination — ultimately contributing to a more seamless customer ownership experience.
“This groundbreaking ceremony symbolizes more than just a construction project but laying the foundation for the bright future of Suzuki in the Philippines. This project stands as a powerful reflection of our vision - our commitment to progress, innovation, and long-term growth. Of strengthening our capabilities, expanding our reach, and creating greater value.” said Mr. Koichiro Hirao, president of Suzuki Philippines Incorporated.
“It represents new opportunities - for jobs, for local businesses and for the community that surrounds us. It contributes to economic activity, supports livelihoods and helps build a stronger, more resilient environment where progress can be shared by many. Even in times of uncertainty, we remain committed to growth, to development, and to build something meaningful for the future. Let us build not just structures, but lasting impact,” Hirao concluded.
