Here’s a clear sign that Nissan is in a much better shape than it was 12 months ago.

The Japanese manufacturer has announced the 26th edition of the NISMO Festival will be held on December 6, 2026, at its usual venue at the Fuji Speedway in Japan.

The highly anticipated event for both Nissan and motorsports fans is finally coming back after a year of hiatus. Last year, Nissan cancelled what supposedly should have been the 26th running of the NISMO Festival after the manufacturer decided to focus its efforts and remaining resources on improving its financial status.

With Nissan’s current situation now indicating green on the balance sheets, the NISMO Festival will once again collectively bring together loyal Nissan fans in celebrating its rich motorsport heritage, showcase its current racing activities, and give a glimpse of the brand’s future ambitions.

Race car demonstrations and exhibitions, driver talk shows, circuit safari, displays of the latest Nissan vehicles, children’s activities, vendor exhibitions and merchandise booths are just some of the planned activities that fans can look forward to at the 26th NISMO Festival.
