AlphaTauri F1 team will have name change in 2024
Red Bull Motorsport Advisor Helmut Marko confirms AlphaTauri will have name change next season

The story of Red Bull's two teams in F1 is on both sides of the spectrum. The main Red Bull Racing team is enjoying its most dominant season to date. But on the other hand, Scuderia AlphaTauri is sitting at the bottom of the constructors' standings.
With that being the case, Red Bull management is now restructuring the junior team. For starters, they will have two new team bosses – former Ferrari racing director Laurent Mekies and FIA general secretary Peter Bayer will take over from long-time team boss Franz Tost.

Also, there will be closer cooperation with the main Red Bull Racing team as the aero department will be moved from AlphaTauri's HQ in Faenza to Bicester in UK, somewhere close to Red Bull Racing's home in Milton Keynes.
Now apparently, motorsport advisor Helmut Marko said AlphaTauri will be rebranded next season. The new name has not been confirmed yet, but Marko said there will be new sponsors for the team that was also previously known as Scuderia Toro Rosso.

The Grand Prix team that won in 2008 and 2020 at Monza may also have a new driver lineup next year. While he impressed with his one-off appearance at Williams in 2022, F1 rookie Nyck De Vries has struggled in AlphaTauri machinery this year.
In six out of eight races thus far, he's finished behind teammate Yuki Tsunoda and has since suffered a string of crashes. Going into the European leg of the F1 calendar, the Formula E and F2 champion is under pressure to keep his seat.
Formula One's silly season has started early. What do you think will be the new name of AlphaTauri next year? And more importantly, who will be driving for them? Let us know in the comments.
