Despite entry snub, Andretti Cadillac actively hiring F1 personnel
Andretti Cadillac is pushing through with forming its team personnel at its Silverstone HQ

Fancy a chance to work in a Formula One team? You might want to read on this.
Andretti Cadillac looks to be pushing forward in forming its Formula One team despite being denied entry into the sport in 2026, as they have posted job openings for its UK headquarters in Silverstone.
There are more than 50 available job positions, ranging from circuit-side jobs such as Race Strategy Analyst to manufacturing positions such as Quality Control Manager. You can view them all on Google UK jobs if you want to check out what fits you.

It’s actually interesting to see how many engineers are needed as behind-the-scenes personnel in forming a proper Formula One team. But the big question that needs to be answered is perhaps, why is Andretti Cadillac still doing this despite being denied an F1 entry?
While Andretti the team hasn’t quite been accepted yet, its partner Cadillac has already been given the green light to enter in 2028 as an F1 power unit supplier. So by the time 2028 comes, then perhaps Andretti Cadillac the constructor might have better chances. This move might just be their way of keeping themselves ready when the opportunity knocks.
Time to update that resume.
