F1 film starring Brad Pitt coming out June 2025
Apple Formula One film coming to theaters by June 25, 2025

Following production delays caused by the Hollywood actors’ guild strike in America, the Apple Formula 1 film starring Brad Pitt finally has a release date we can all look forward to.
Formula 1 and Apple Original Films have announced the yet-to-be-named F1 film will be distributed in theatres and in IMAX by Warner Bros. Pictures internationally on June 25, 2025, and in North America on June 27, 2025.
After filming scenes early in the year from the 2024 Daytona 24-Hour race as part of the film’s plot, Formula One also says production will continue at this summer’s British Grand Prix and at several other races, including the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in December.

The movie follows the story of Brad Pitt as a former driver returning to the sport with Damson Idris serving as his teammate in the fictional APXGP Team. F1 says the movie “promises to immerse viewers in the exhilarating and cinematic world of F1”.
The star power of its actors, as well as those involved in making the film make the upcoming Apple F1 movie a much-awaited one. Ehren Kruger, Joseph Kosinski, and Jerry Bruckheimer were responsible for making Top Gun: Maverick, while Lewis Hamilton also got a role as a consultant as part of his production company, Dawn Apollo Films.
Let the countdown begin.
