When my Silvia was just on sport springs and shocks, installing a front Cusco strut bar eliminated suspension related rattles and slightly improved the the car's cornering ability.

like i said on the other forum. aftermarket sways for your 6 will make a huge difference in handling compared to stock. but if you can shell out the money for a set of coilover then go for it. or you can go the cheaper route and get racingbeat springs and koni adjustables. racing beat spring won't drop it drastically and has a higher spring rate than stock. coilover set is a good investment if you track your car a lot.
