Hi,

Well my gf's bday is around the corner and we were planning to eat somewhere nice. Anywhere from QC, Makati or Alabang would be good. She likes either Japanese, American or Italian food.

Any suggestions?

5-star hotel na resto wid a great view sa labas... make it memorable.

why don't you try Katre near Tomas Morato?  Mediterranean food (good oysters!)  - it's on the street intersecting Morato near Alfredo's

for buffet, check out the captains bar at Mandarin Oriental in Makati Ave. around 880 per head. classy interior and the food is great.

for JAP, i suggest the JAP resto sa 2nd Flr ng EDSA plaza hotel. forgot the name, but its gotta be one of the best.

for casual dining, have you been to Katre already? beside alfredos steakhouse in tomas morato... medyo
malayo sa gusto mo na area but worth the points in showing your good taste!
