guys, what do you think? im not sure of their diff. and which is better and has good features and specs. between the 2 sino ang mas malapit na feature sa 2-din nung alpine na "man-machine"...

I don't know what "man-machine" from Alpine you're talking about, so I can't comment on that.  The 8450 seems to be better on paper, but it also costs more.  Visit the Pioneer ASEAN website for more information on the Pioneer DEH-P8450MP and the Pioneer DEH-P7550MP.  Check out the Pioneer DEH-P7650MP as well.  It's supposed to be the upgraded version of the 7550, but I'm not sure if its three pairs of preouts are 4V or not.

The Alpine 3DA-W882E is a 2-DIN in-dash 3-disc changer with cassette playback and AM/FM tuner.  As far as I can remember, Pioneer hasn't come out with any in-dash changers, and both 8450 and 7550 are single CD tuners with no cassette playback (same with the 7650).

For the record, I'd go with any of the above-mentioned Pioneer models over the Alpine "man-machine".

yup! yun nga yun... hehe! im planning to sell mine kasi... and change to pioneer kasi d na pwede yung 2-din for my car... wat kaya sa 3 unit nung pioneer malapit ang features, specs dun sa 2-din nung alpine? kasi im not familiar with radio specs and features eh..

Sa in dash changer capability bagsak na agad mga Pioneers, sadly they didn't implemented indash changers for their HU lineup.

Cassette playback bagsak na din Pioneer, since 1-DIN nga iyong chassis. Even a miracle won't enable Pio to manufacture a 1-DIN cassette/CD player. Hehehe.

As for the other features, for EQ control mas flexible ang 8450 but for a price of course; the 7550 suffices if you're not that touchy sa equalization.

ah ic.. ganon ba kalaki ang diff sa equalizer features nung 8450 sa 7550? aside from equalizer same na sila lhat? kasi kung ganon kadami and malaki diff nila baka mag 8450 na lang ako... need more advice between this 2 model guys.. tnx!

Yup. Equalization lang ang nakikita kong difference nila. I won't discuss the external features (itsura) since nakita mo na naman ata sila.

yup! i saw the 2 models.... medyo duda lang ako dun sa 8450 kung hindi kaya sirain or magka problem yung sliding face nya... would you know if ginagamit mo yung unit (8450) laging naka baba yung lcd nya

I'm not using any of the two models, nakikita ko lang sila, but I think mas magiging OK ka sa 7550 kasi less moving parts, less problems. Gets?
