Pwede, basta be ready to shell out extra cash kase ull be fixing a lot, ports, wires electrical etc. considering these two belong to different platforms already. Why not k20a? seems more logical diba?

i havent answered your question pala..i actually thought it was worth it... considering how looney my previous plans were... which i never even bothered to post here..kasi baka magmukha akong tanga...
i thought this was one of the more "realistic" ideas which i came up with...so far...
may nagrecommend pa nga on a 2000 accord na lang mag b18...
pero im kinda into the pocket rocket thing...

Engine layout is kinda different. Lots of cuting and welding for you buddy.

Go for the pricey K20. Expensive.. hell ya.. but a good swap will make your car a lot more dependable.

sulitin mo muna d17 mo pre...ke bago bago pa nyan...i suggest u go for the k20a swap pag dami na nakagawa nun dito...ngayun kasi wala pa nagagawa dito e...pero sa states meron na, but rumor has it na may mga problema pa sya.

Fuel lines need to be rerouted, as do lines for the clutch, shifter cables, throttle cables, water and heater lines, etc. Pretty much anything that attaches to the engine either needs modification or rerouting"

Yup, the K20 isn't a simple bolt on to the ES Civic. Ang dami ring papalitan, I suggest go turbo nalang, mas walang sakit ulo if done right.

yes k20 is the BETTER alternative. meron ng padating na civic 2k1 na naka k20. kung ala di ka pa nakakabili ng oto w8 4 dat na lang pero di pa cgurado kung lalabas dito sa pinas. pero malupit yan pag naka k20, sa a+ ata gumagawa sila.

Not that simple to put K20 into local version ES. Papalit ka pa ng cross-member. Mahal!!! Benj. has a more economical alternative, Turbo  

so if one wants to go turbo, ano ang unang step na gagawin?? estimated price?
