If I were in Manila I would  have my car tuned on a dyno at least once a month. But in places were dyno is unaccessible, we have to find other means of tuning and it does not necessarily mean that it's useless for us to install SAFC just because we can't have our car dynoed. Well, that's what some posters here are implying.
