if i were the sales manager or a salesman of toyota vehicles, i would even be happier kung gawing taxi ang altis. this would definitely translate to increased sales volume.  

ang laki ng revenues ng toyota during the time the ae101 corolla XL was the top choice among "for hire" vehicles such as taxis, airport services, rent-a-cars, etc.

kaya lang naman wala tayong nakikitang taxis ngayon na new models from few years back (altis, sentra exalta, lancer) because the LTFRB stopped giving new taxi franchises. you could get your franchise by buying an old one and transfering it to your name, but can't use new model cars.

wow! eh di ok, para pag magttaxi ako comfortable ang feeling... sana lahat altis na...para ka na si brad pitt..

ok na din yan at least alam natin na masmalinis yun emissions ng mga altis na taxis compared sa mga nabubulok na other brands (i won't name them hehehe) that contributes directly to respiratory diseases and pollution.

Oks yan kahit papano maupgrade naman ang mga taxi sa pinas... in saudi, camry ang isa sa mga ginagamit na taxi, 2000-2003 model pa.

i agree, pinoys have different mentality. and besides, nasa pinas ako, i don't wanna get stuck in traffic seeing my car as a taxi.  

may nakita rin ako pulis car naka altis......pero ibang usapan na yon.......OT na eh.......

wala naman masama kung gawing taxi ang altis.

it only shows na may progress country natin (kahit papaano ). and reliable at fuel efficient talaga ang altis.

kaya lang naman bumababa ang tingin ng mga tao pag ginagawang taxi ang isang auto dahil sa mga barumbadong taxi driver at ang hindi nila pagmemaintain ng mga taxi nila.

yup this shows that it is possible that things are improving in the philippines .. pati nga mga police altis na din .. hindi na pwede iwanan like before
