get the brand new shocks na lang. KYB is a good brand and its not that expensive. pag surplus kse wla kang peace of mind. anytime pwedeng bumigay.

Mag-all gas ka na lang or all fluid. Walang maganda combination ng gas at fluid IMHO.

get new ones  wag mo tipirin matatalo ka lang sa long run. get KYB gas shocks ok yun. pero pag hindi ka nakalower kahit fluid lang. gas umabot ako ng 1500-1700 ata each.

san mo nabili yung gas shocks mo? mura na yun 1500-1700. i bought mine at 2400 each sa front.

prices will vary from car to car. i noticed the honda shocks are consistently the cheapest while the mitsu and toyota shocks are almost double the price in some cases.

tanong na rin ako, what's the difference between KYB excel-g at KYB super ? pwede ba sila i-combine as in isang side super, isang side excel-g ? anong effect ?

im using KYB gas shocks excel g sa front. matigas siya pero ok lang. mabilis kasi masira ang fluid type na shocks...

i am not familiar with the exact differences pero i would stick to one brand per side if possible. better yet one brand for all 4 corners:)

difference might be in the valving but in terms of which is stiffer i can't really help. sorry!:)

kc sir migs napansin ko oto ko medyo tagilid, medyo lubog yung driver side. nung me inayos ako sa ilalim nung rear bumper ko nakita ko yung right KYB excel-g yung left KYB super.

remember the confusion when i had my shocks changed at your shop ? siguro nagkamali ng dala yung supplier hindi na napansin ni felix..

it is ok to replace the shocks in just one corner para pareho na sila excel-g? medyo tagilid talaga yung sasakyan eh

hmmm... ok lang to replace the one side pero the difference in height should not be due to the shocks. baka this is just like the honda problem na usually mas mababa yung isang side ng auto compared to the other when lowered or even with the stock springs. do you feel any difference in the ride and damping ba?

also, unless one is a shorter strut, shocks will tend not to reduce the height of the car. yung tayo ng auto kasi is mainly due to the springs used. anyway, we can still check

mga peeps how about un mounting ng shocks? any suggestions kung san mura & ok mgpgwa ng suspension.. kelng ko dn kce mlaman f ano pa mga pplitan.. btw, i got a 2nd hnd n suspnsion from my frend.. mura lng ang di pa laspag matigas p sha.. same car model.. tnx mga peeps..
