Problem with that place kasi, most of the time, puno na ang parking sa harap, pag sa likod naman, hindi tayo kita and the dust of the passing vehicles going to the parking itself will shoo us away. parang matagal pa bago matapos yung parking lot niya sa likod eh.

Speaking of parking lots: Have you guys been inside Cost U Less now that the parking lot at the back is completely concretized? So few people go there that you can actually do drift practices !!!
