Putting up another business?

When there's a market, there's a way. :)

Where do you plan to put it up? Any schools nearby? volume of people? Traffic?

observe the existing internet shop in your area. try to find out the equipment they use and the services they offer.

when you set-up your shop, try to offer better equipment or services that the other shop doesn't offer.  ;) ;D

Just pure internet connectivity right? It will cost you roughly 300K++ for an Internet cafe with a capacity of 18 terminals :)

when putting up business for this would be succesful is first you have the background like you reapir PCs you have the budget, the space and the market

When it comes to market you should be in the places near school etc and also study the activity of your competitor cause his market would probably cut to half if you established that business :)

not to mention the additional electric bill and internet fee from the service provider. :)

I asked someone who runs a setup in Marikina :) Rate is 25 per hour. Computer terminals are not even the most advanced in terms of processing and graphics speed since it is purely internet. This one is pretty much all-in: terminals, internet application and connectivity for one month, primary downpayment of rent, construction, utilities, permits, and maybe a little bit of marketing ;)

Netopia offers franchising of these internet cafes, but the bad part about it is that they will be the one to dictate to you where to put it (I bet because they don't want you to eat up from their company owned franchises and lower their revenues.... >:( )
