Would anyone have information on tickets and/or tour packages?

Thanks in advance!

sprinkles

No information anyone?  ??? Would anyone have had any experience with Racegear's packages?

itchywitch

racegear gives a pretty complete package.  I asked for a quote to melbourne before but cannot comment if indeed it was good because i had to use another agency.

what's fun if you go with them i guess is that you will have some company at least if you're not travelling with a lot of friends.

you may need to pay a little extra if you compare to arranging everything yourself.

when you get there hindi naman mahirap bumili ng ticket.
your ticket is good for 3 days...most people only want to go on raceday...so buy there na lang para hindi ka na mag package... buy friday so you can get a good seat.

Thanks itchywitch!

I already got in touch with Valerie of Racegear.  Yes, the premium price takes care of everything hassle-free.  The package includes airline tickets, hotel accomodation, airport and circuit transfers (and don't forget peace of mind).

She also described how much fun her F1 tour groups had!  My wife and I are looking forward to this experience of a lifetime!   ;D

I watched last year's shanghai grand prix but i did not book with race gear. however, one way or another, i ended up being on the same tour group as them!!   fyi, i got my tour package from Panda Tours Philippines but i personally purchased my F1 ticket.

enjoY!! by the way, don't hesitate to buy the merchandise they have up for sale. that might just be your only chance to find spectacular f1 merchandise.

16 days to go!

Any predictions for the Malaysian GP?

I'm predicting a mixed and close battle between  1 renault, 1 mclaren, and a ferrari...

-------------------------------------
Catch all the action with fellow F1 enthusiasts at the Manila Speedzone for the live
coverage of the race from Saturday qualifying at 11:00AM, and race proper at 2:45PM
onwards.  Get a chance to win some F1 merchandise if you join the trivia contest after the
race.  Then it's enduro karting time with the first enduro race of the 2005 Speedzone
Sprint/Enduro Series.  The race will be from 7PM to 11PM.  Hope to see you there!

Mahirap mag-predict kasi the Ozzy results were highly influenced by the foul weather during Q1.

I think Ferrari and Renault will be fast throughout the weekend judging by the condition of their tires after the Ozzy race. In comparison both Mclaren's tires were shot after the race so Kimi and JPM could be fast during qualifying and early in the race but questionable pa if they can maintain the pace.

I think we will see a lot of engine retirements because they will be using the same engines and Sepang is hot.

Agent J

i think the weather's gona be steady naman since its in hot n sunny malaysia not like down under.. so we might get a good and fair qualifying session..  ;D

ur right, we could see some decrease in tire performance of the michelins towards the end and also some engine retirements... ::)

Rej

I think kimi will get a podium finish here... malamang 1st! ;D
"When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather died, in his sleep-- not screaming, like his passengers in his car."

R-A-Y

Realistically speaking, a Renault and Ferrari

But still.... McLaren all the way :D :D :D !!!

In a couple of hours we will know the true relative pace of each car, something we did not see in Australia due to the rains. During Q1, all cars will be lightly fueled and will have new tires.

Bear in mind that whatever times Ferrari post, their new car is reputedly a second faster. So if the F2004M is competitive in Sepang, the competition is in trouble again when the F2005 comes out.

Q1 notes:

There will be no Ferrari domination this year even when they bring out the new car (which they surely would now). This is good for us Schumi fans because he drives best when he doesn't have the best car.

This early I'd put my money on Renault for the WCC and Alonso for the WDC.

Surprise performance by Toyota.  I hope they keep it up because it is make or break for them this year.

As expected, Kimi is faster than Monty, Webber is faster than Heidfeld, Massa is faster than Villenueve.  But I didn't expect Klien to beat Coulthard.

DTNS

looks like Renault and Toyota have really done their homework this time...  ::) ;D

btw, notice the provisional top places:
1 - Fernando Alonso
2 - Jarno Trulli
3 - Giancarlo Fisichella

all 3 is or was at one time a driver at Renault...  ::)

Who would have predicted Toyota lapping Ferrari.  Watch out, Toyota has arrived.

BAR-Honda WTF!  New engines and both blow up within 3 laps of the start. :o

Red Bull continue to surprise and impress.  So does Williams.

Mclaren is performing below expectation. They are slower than Williams.

Ferrari needs more than the new car to catch-up.  They need better tires.
