Last November I ordered from Peter Reyes 2 Sony Xplod subwoofers from Europe, which he had asked me to pay the full amount. At around December he said that there was just a delay in pulling out the product at the customs so he would contact me as soon as the product has been released. On the next month, I contacted him but all his cellphone numbers are cut-off or no longer in use. His shop Outkast in Las pinas was closed and he even gave the wrong residential address. This had left me to believe that he is a swindler. I'm asking help from you my fellow car enthusiast so that we can apprehend this man from further defrauding other people and as well as have him pay me back. I am not destroying people's names here, I'm just seeking help and at the same time serve this as a warning to other car enthusiasts. BTW he drives a '98 yellow Honda Civic with fiberglass hood and he used to compete in car shows. I'll try to upload pictures if the site allows it. like is his name really peter reyes?

his name really is peter reyes, we checked sa BPLO here sa las pinas. mali lang talaga yun binigay niya na address niya.

kaka basa ko lang last week ng magazine na naka feature yung yellow na civic with clear hood ng outkast ah....

well maybe try the sec? if his business was registered then that should have details about him? but then again im not sure if they will give the details though. sorry just a student.

dont wory i'll try to check from the people i know about this guy....cguro there are factors din kng bkt nag-ka-ganun yung transaction nyo. wala na nga outkast.

try mo contact DTI, maybe they can help

DTI and SEC can only help if there is proper documentation and if the shop still EXISTS. Since the shop is closed and the person is at large. I'm afraid that your hard earned money cannot be retreived anymore. Unless of course you manage to locate him. That is of course if he hasn't skipped town yet.

Mabagal naman updating ng SEC and DTI, maybe nandun pa yung shop.

If ever registered ah.

Once identified, nandun naman yung name ng proprietor, kukunin mo nalang yung adress and info niya.

we checked here sa business permit licensing office LP but he gave the wrong address, kahit sa owner ng lot na used to lease, iba din yung binigay niyang address

wow for P12,000..ok lang sa kanya masira pangalan niya..
