Interesting! I've always believed that there are a few ancient creatures that have survived, and this could just be one of those!

I mean, it used to be one of those ;D

dati may pinakita sa discovery channel, isang giant squid talaga pero nung kinuha nila namatay. they weren't able to get a live one yet. may nahuli silang maliliit na giant squid pero namatay din after a few days, di nila kabisado kng paano aalagaan.
We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.

cool sea monsters. haha. :) yeah, discovery channel showed a documentary about the giant squid and some other deep sea giants before. i watched it before. hehe. they're the kinda shows that you watch when there is nothing else to watch on tv. very interesting though.

Cool...  ;D ive always been fascinated by these giant creatures...  ;D i would be amazing if there were such creatures that roam in our environment, since the giant squids are difficult to loacte and study...  ;D

Yep. I think to be able to breed giant squids, they need to replicate the natural habitat: Ultra dark, pressure in 3,000 ft below sea level, salt composition, etc....

I read the article about the Sulu monster that it is some form of eel ??? ? That's one big unagi ;D

I've always been fascinated with these as well. Imagine the Coelacanth, a fish who lived long before the dinosaurs, with a specimen caught LIVE in the 1950s or 60s. If that fish was able to live that long then I'm sure there are others like it elsewhere.

Slightly related, let me go look for a link that has pictures of interesting sea creatures from thousands of meters below sea level, not really monsters, just unique fish :)
In a world of compromise, some don't.

it's a wide and deep sea out there, there are species that are not been named and seen yet.. lakas din ng loob nung diver hindi nya naisip baka tsibugin sya nun. hehe..
