i currently have a crv gen 2 and im contemplating of selling it for a pajero gen2..is it worth it?lakas kasi sa gas yung crv and im willing to downgrade to an older model pajero. Need enlightenment. Thanks in advance

it depends rin on what you really need :) tskaa kung magdadagdag kaba kung kumuha ka ng gen2 paj or may kita kapa if ever after selling the crv gen2

pero sa alam ko kasi kung city driving lang ang comparison i think they have the same fuel consumption! kasi we have a trooper yung skyroof edition and pag city drivng its consumption is the same as my 250x xtrail on a city drving no diff on the long trips lang talga nagkakatalo :)

pero if your really need it then go for the gen2 or mas ok ata yung fieldmaster na e yung naka facelift na dagdag kna lang ng konti para mas may value :)

Once nag out of town ako naka 9km/liter. Most of the time average ko is 4 to 4.5 kms/ltr.

If your main concern is fuel economy, switching to a bigger and older vehicle even if its a diesel probably won't yield the fuel savings you desire.

Pero 4 to 4.5 km/lit for a CRV is abnormal unless you crawl in traffic everyday.  I get a consistent 8 city with my manual. Something isn't up to snuff with your unit.

my vote goes to the Pajero gen 2.

k.o

yup may brand new pang gen2 sa casa i think its about 1.75m

pero if tpid lang talga habol mo get an altis manual i get 10-13km/l sa kin

in addition to what stradale posted, your 8-9 year old gen 2 might give you unexpected headaches due to its age and perhaps how it was maintained by its previous owner

Are you a partial off-roader with kids? then getting tucson crdi would be a good one. If it's ok with you consider smaller cars. You won't get disappointed with the fuel consumption in that case.

My vote goes to the pajero gen2.I own a pajero gen1 1990 model and i still enjoy driving it up to date...about the engine it's very reliable all the maintenance i did with my pajero are the normal wear and tear parts.aside from that my engine is fine.
city driving consumption 7km/l
highway 10km/l :)

Consider also performance, the Paj is a slowmobile compared to the V.

stick with your gen2 crv na lang.

i decided to keep my crv nalang.compact cars are out of the question kasi masikip sa akin and i need the ground clearance kasi flood prone area namin.Baka kasi sumakit pa ulo ko sa 8 year old pajero gen2 when there's nothing wrong with my current crv..i guess ill just wait a few years and trade it in for a fortuner diesel :)

llc

why will you get a diesel,,. e sakit lang sa ulo un.. parang ung  pajero ko dati. cguro i only used it for 3months.. stay with your crv.. mas ok ung performance., kaya crv din kinuha ko, kaso 1st ed.
