I can't decide. Rally is rally, always fun to watch whether the car is fast or slow. The SCCA ProRally has more power, but the WRC has more technology, and is not limited to one country.

WRC.....by far!

I watch alot of WRC and SCCA rally on speedtv and the latter just doesn`t cut it..

The level of driving in Europe is way greater than the US....which is why manufacturers (Subaru and Mitsubishi)are now importing drivers for the american series.

rally trivia:

The current crop of WRC cars are just as fast if not faster than Group B rally cars on the various ss since WRC cars benefit from greater traction even if the WRC cars only have half the power of the Group B cars and in some cases 50% more weight.

AFAIK in SCCA Pro Rally, the open class cars run with up to as much as 400 HP and slightly lesser torque.

Although modern WRC cars still theoretically produce ONLY 300 HP, the common belief now is that most competitive WRC teams have engines making 340 HP and about 420 lbs/ft of torque as engine builders have focused on minimizing frcition / losses within the engine given the same flow of air into and out of it. :)

The rules formula for the engine in WRC has been the same for about a decade so you would think they have moved the technology forward already. :)
