Forgive my ignorance, is the compression test a simple procedure? What I mean is , can this be done by the average auto shops?

yup, they just unplug one spark plug for each cylinder at a time and insert a compression tester to measure cylinder pressure.

it can be done by any shop with a compression tester. you can even DIY. you can do it wet type or dry type.

anong rpm do you get boost onset with this? anong rpm ang full boost?

i think honda shaw has a leakage tester but they won't do it in a boosted car and i don't know why.

autoplus can do a leakdown test for you if you like.

 Sorry for the confusion , yes its the Turbonetics Super 60 , on the other hand HKS was a different turbine and housing similar to the size of the T3 Super 60 offered by Speedfactor here as kit made specially for the demand on 4G engines .

ZERO CFM : if my memory serves me right , boost is playing in the 10 - 12 lbs area safely with stock internals and in the neighboorhood of 20-220 WHP. As to the RPM's not sure but very early , maybe @ 3500 rpm , i'll have to confirmed on it .

 These only applies to those with Lancers / Mirage with the 4G15,4G92,4G93 SOHC engines .

Did you mean 200-220WHP? What about the clutch and suspension, do you need to upgrade them?

 That was only when dynoed , to run consistently in the 1320 @ mid 12's to low 13's , yes a good set-up of clutch , suspension, lightening the car and building the internals for more better results so as to up the boost .
