btw, for those not in the know, the Corolla XRS produces 170hp from a 1.8L VVTL-i engine. (same as the Celica GT-S) but unlike the Celica GT-S, which is gutless below 6000rpm (parang Honda VTEC ah), the Corolla XRS has its peak torque available from 4400rpm. (instead of 6800rpm in the Celica GT-S)  ;)

Also the Corolla XRS is only 80lbs heavier than the Celica GTS, which isn't so bad. I would describe the car as a "speed bike with 4 doors" with a redline of 8.2k(or 8.4) rpm.
