Has anyone tried this?  Is this a real air horn?  Do you need to put an additional relay for this?  Or is it OK to just attach it to the stock wire intended for the stock horn?

not sure, but that may be the same horn i installed in my car.  yan ba yung f150 horn daw?

did i get a relay for the horn?  yes, i think i did.

Yes, you should get relay. This will be beneficial not only to your horn, but also the electrical system.

Yup air horn sya. you have to put relay(it comes w/ it).  
For me, may konting delay (nag pump pa ng air)sya kapag mag horn ka. IMO.

i have one, too. malakas talga, kala mo truck bumubusina sa yo. i've also observed a slight delay pero only in the mornings, sa unang busina ko. hehe.

oh..and if you're installing this in an EK civic, paltan mo rin fuse mo for brake lights/horn/shift lock. 20a should do the trick.

for me, medyo bitin pa din eh, i've installed 2 nautilus, 1pair of stebel magnum and a pair of fiamms. medyo bitin eh hehe.. try mo 4 na nautilus kung malakas..   kasi meron ako narinig ung sa firetruck super lakas talaga! hehe

ok yan once i installed it in our van akala nung mga tao pag dumarating ako parang 10 wheeler truck. magandang gamitin yang pang sakit ng ulo dun sa mga &*^@# bus driver sa edsa! hehehehhe just my opinion since i used one
