rev a little before engaging to down shift :)
Its called Individual Differences.

DEAL WITH IT!!

May times na di talaga papasok kasi masyadong mabilis iyong vehicle speed versus the gear that you want to engage (i.e. 2nd gear till 100 lang but you're travelling 180 kph).

Pag pinilit mo kasi masisira iyong mga syncromesh gears.

i think no matter how fast you are going mapapasok mo pa into that gear... that's the reason you have blown engines... dahil sa mis-shift.

your problem might be a worn gear itself caused by too much power shifting... just a guess tho:)

normally you can get the gears from casa after a long ordering process...

you may want to look for a surplus tranny which you can just install as that might be easier and cheaper in the long run depending on how many gears and synchros are busted.
