Could anyone blame him? $400k , + tax, then throw in vat taxes, importation taxes, one would end up paying as much as if he were buying a veyron.  I know its illegal, and I for one do not condone it, but there are enough people on both sides, both customs and afluent people, to share in the blame.  The importation tax on imports are no different than financial rape.

I still say they could have settled for something less than a $400k car. It's almost like the reason why the kickback was prodded to that size was to get this car as its main objective. They should 'moderate their greed '

YUP dito sa pilipinas yan. worth 45million $$$. naka tago sa isang BMW casa. ayaw nila ipasabi kung sino may ari pero hinihintay pa raw yung mekaniko before ito mapatakbo.
