Anybody happen to have the stock spring rates for the EK9? If you have also for the EK4, that'd be a great help too.

Benj

Fafa naka book mark sa akin dati yung page, but I lost it already. Somewhere in the realm of 3-4kg yung sa Type R.

Yeah I remembered you mentioning it before. Can't remember the site either. Tried google, pero puro wala specs on springs and shocks. Puro engine specs.

eg6r

Baka meron in kg/mm?

Benj

240 lb/in is around 4.3 kg/mm

Same rates for front and rear? Parang malabo naman ata ganyan. Teka nga, exact kaya yun rate sa GT4? Check ko nga dun.

EG6-R

Unusual but remember the front is linear and the rear springs are progressive.

Brent

When I checked in GT4 (when you buy fully adjustable suspension), which usually sets spring rates to stock (i presume) by default, it says 6.8kg/mm for the front and 4.2kg/mm for the rear. The rear is very near to the specs given, so I guess this is somewhat it or maybe I could be wrong.

Benj

The figures I saw before were something like 4+kg/mm in the front and 2.5 - 4+ kg/mm in the rear, as the rear is progressive, the spring rates vary. Parang mali ata yung 6.8 stock na harap, the black Spoon springs that we used before are rated around 6+ if I'm not mistaken  :)

Oh ok, that is so, then figures from GT4 were probably uprated spring rates already.

So I think I can follow the figures given by EG6R then.

Front 4.3kg/mm
Rear 2.5-4.3kg/mm
