where to buy 3m undercoat?

where can i buy those cans of 3m undercoats near pasig/mandaluyong? asphalt based i think..

i heard its around 800 bucks only. thanks!!

you can get that at high land trading. its along shaw blvd. (pasig area) near the motels. if i'm not mistaken, it cost 950 now
