He's been living here for a few years.  Isn't he married to a Filipina?  He knows na some tagalog words but still has bad Engrish  

When I was new at the track, I asked him if he could tune my Type R and he said something cryptic like "can you afford me?".  Ah, ok!

He does not have a shop. I think the cars are for sale. I will ask him about that next time I see him.

Unless you plan to use the cars for circuit racing, its pretty much useless. The engines were configured to work with restrictors. They need to be retuned for street use, which would require again the services of Takeda.

Even for circuit racing, the rules have changed...no more restrictors, just stock internals, so useless din for pro racing.  Sa RWYB or autocross/slalom, pwede!  Pero with a Takeda engine?  Sayang!
