Amp/seps combinations

All things being equal, which one should I go for:

JBL GTO75.4II (104Wx4)amp & DLS UP6 components, or
JBL PX300.4 amp (123Wx4) & DLS MS6 components??

I'd like something on the warm side.  I mostly listen to jazz so a good midrange is my primary consideration.  Bass will be handled by a pair of Kicker midbass drivers.  The system will be for SQ only....

Which combination should I go for??  Any suggestions for other speakers??
