I recently bought NGK iridium spark plugs to replace the old generic plugs but i have no idea how to do this. I surfed the web and all i found is this site http://www.pelicanparts.com/bmw/techarticles/E36-Spark-Plugs/E36-Spark-Plugs.htm
The 4 cylinder engine (M44B19) shown (in the site) is for the 318is and it shows a plastic cover where the plugs are hidden. However, my engine doesn't have that plastic cover so what do i remove? If anyone has pictures on how to do this pls post. Thanks in advance!

I might be wrong but it looks like the one from the left looking at the engine up front. don't know much about bimmers but it looks like a straight 6. so all sparkplugs should be in line like a regular i4cylinder. if its a v6 it should be 3 on left and 3 on the right
