Pizza or Egg?

A friend of mine also just got rid of his old car and now has the money on hand (which is slowly decreasing). He is planning to buy a "Brand New Second-Hand Car"  .

Anyway, he cannot decide if he should get a Mitsubishi "Pizza-Type" tune and turn in into an Evo.5 or a Honda 2-door "Itlog-Type" and tune it to ###hp.

Any suggestion guys?

I dunno. You will probably get more fun with the EG, because if you wanted to turn the ordinary Lancer into an Evo, you will probably be shelling out more cash than just getting a second hand one....

what do you mean by turning an ordinary lancer to an evo? porma lang or turbo+awd? the number of shops that do the awd conversion would be limited compared to shops that can work on a civic. kung engine swap lang, parehong malakas at parehong mahal yung mga makina. I talked to a guy in evangelista he says that evo 8 parts could be installed in a pizza pie lancer but the parts alone would cost 500k, im not sure if that includes body kits from an evo 4 to 6.

I'd definitely go for the Honda. The tuning possibilities are endless, not to mention parts are everywhere

The Egg or Bullet type Civic hatch is a nice car to modify... but if you want something not as ancient, another(slightly more expensive) alternative, get the newer 1999 Civic SiR or VTi.

I'd go for the honda eg. Less headache compared to ordinary lancer to evo..

With what he has right now, I was too suggesting for him to get an EG. And that guy only got 150k from his old ride.

Since the suggestion is unanimous, I will tell him to get the EG.
