Ok guys :) We havne't had an EB for a long time, so here is one :D

June 22
Gloria Jeans Greenhills (near KFC, along the lane of Yellow Cab and Max's resto
9:30pm onwards

By this time, you can park the car along the driveway and the guards won't mind :) Sagot tayo ni fafa Clinton ;D

For those who love photography, join in narin so that you can test shots and share ideas (since I think a lot of people want ot meet up already to exchange tips and tricks :) )

Special events in the EB:

- Usual meetup of club Silvia, club Subaru, and VRForce :)
- Drinking session for those na gusto may amats (KKB [kanya-kanyang bote]) drink moderately ;D
- Photo ops since maraming paparazzi na dadating for this (photography addicts, back me up on this ;D )
- The arrival of a brand spanking new Subaru WRX STi of one of our fellow Ai members (guess who ;) )

Wax your cars and put on your best getup ;D

Hope it doesn't rain ;D

But hopefully hindi naman ganun this time :)

yup, sabi ng guards sa akin bawal daw to take pictures... I have no idea why though.  maybe my tripod caught too much attention hehehe.  keep it discreet nalang I guess, but I'm sure those SLRs you guys are using will be hard to conceal  :)

Hmmm... me I didn't have any problems naman when I brought my camera, even if it was big. I guess it's being discreet lang, or maybe keep it inside the coffee shop or within that area

I'm really sick and tired of that bawal this and bawal that. Bakit bawal kunan ng picture sarili mong auto or your friend's car? They should put big signs if its really bawal. Fucking idiots!

:o Nagalit si fafa Brent!!!

Night shots needs tripod diba. Mas gusto ko kasi kumuha ng pics ng nasa ISO200 - 400 lang.

That they should >:(. Sentido commom diba? I mean, under what context can they REALLY prevent you from taking a picture of something that BELONGS to you in a public place? I just don't get it. I'm no photog but my gf is and we've been stopped on more than one occasion by guards and sometimes employees of nearby establishments.

A photo is a photo is a photo right? If that is so then there should be absolutely no difference between your half-pixel nokia 1100 and your slr with tripod and arm's length lens. Since everyone has cellphone cams na and whip 'em out all the time, clicking away undettered, how come guards don't stop those?

Maybe you guys should ;D. I mean, at least ask for documentation on a specific guideline that prevents the act. Or maybe talk with a higher-up there. I bet they have nothing to show. Under what authority can they stop you--really? Under the same circumstances as if they approach you and say "bawal uminom ng kape dito ser..."? Easy, they can't say bawal anything unless they can prove it.

Then again, you'll end up arguing with security guards, which, in my experience always ends up being completely illogical and seemingly never ends up going anywhere ::)
