I also read from some report that its 300+hp.  Not bad kung 1.8M.  So competitor ba niya yung mga sti or wrx lang?  I like how it looks pero mukhang mabigat yung coupe...

Local price is 3.8M+ according to motioncars.com .

And I thought HARI was going to price it similar to the Subaru STI.

The latest (estimated) Genesis Coupe prices going around the local forums...
Turbo M/T (base trim) P1.35M
Turbo M/T P1.55M
Turbo A/T P1.65M
V6 M/T P1.75M (P1.735M acccording to one Hyundai dealership)
V6 A/T P1.85M

Not bad at all, but i'm not a fan of the car's styling (those side windows, headlights and the narrow upper grill seem odd).

I guess they put that downward kink at the rear side window/beltline so it wouldn't look like an Infiniti G37 Coupe from the side...  :D

omg if this is true its going to sell like crazy! it's a freakin bargain especially the Turbo M/T! parang too good to be true.

3.8M, i think you are referring to the 4 door Genesis of Hyundai. Not this one. i got confused with the coupe and executive sedan too.

I'm sure independent importers would take advantage of HARI's pricing of the Genesis Coupe!  :fart:

Manga

@ 3.8M I'm pretty sure to see more STi, evo ix and 370z on the road. After all the praises and hype for the i30, i really haven't seen one rolling yet.  :dontknow:

...Some people get too hung up on hardware and technology and for

splerdu

That sort of pricing makes me think HARI would actually rather not bring in the car, probably for their own reasons (expensive training of support personnel, parts, etc) so they're pricing themselves out of the market.

It's a way of not bringing the car to market, without actually saying that outright.

tsikot...
It even had a contact number and additional info like the delivery/waiting period...  ???

I've seen like 3-4 different prices floating around, and its like everybody is claiming they're from some Hyundai sales agent or some reliable source.  ???

I wonder, what do sales agents get for giving the wrong info (assuming they are wrong)?

Its a 3.8 liter V6 by the way, not a 3.0 liter V6.

P3.8M for the V6 Genesis Coupe? If that's the final price, I don't know what HARI is thinking, because the Genesis Coupe is supposed to be priced lower than the larger more luxurious Genesis sedan.

Hyundai Genesis (sedan) 3.8 V6: P3.038M
